• Summary

  Over 60% of the grasslands of Inner Mongolia have been deteriorating rapidly, threatening marshlands and all the biological life they nurture. The Hulun Buir Grassland in Shaanxi province is currently the most well-preserved in China, yet it too has deteriorated 23%. Our goal is to join hands with the local government and environmental agencies to preserve and recover this grassland through in-depth investigation and documentation, culminating in a public awareness program for nomadic groups and local residents inhabiting the area.
